• Slack User ID & Name: To identify you in the reputation system
• Points & Activity: Seeds planted/received and associated reasons
• Workspace Information: Team ID and name for multi-tenant support

2. How we use data

• Display leaderboards and user rankings
• Track seed transactions and history
• Provide personalized reputation statistics

3. Data storage

Your data is stored securely in our database with encryption at rest. We use Supabase as our database provider, which is SOC 2 Type II certified.

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your workspace uses our app. You can request data deletion by contacting us.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• With your consent
• To comply with legal obligations
