The Seedling Economy

Seedling is a gamified reputation system. It turns feature requests into a Prediction Market. Instead of just voting "Up", you bet your reputation (Seeds) on whether a feature will actually ship.

Single Currency

We use a unified currency, Seeds (🌱), for everything.

Anti-Abuse: "Price vs Cap" Strategy

    Wallet Cap (10 Seeds)

    If you only collect daily allowances, your wallet stops filling at 10.

    Shop Minimum (30 Seeds)

    The cheapest item costs 30 Seeds.

    The Gap

    You MUST earn extra seeds via Betting or Work to purchase items.

Market Mechanics

📈 LONG (Bullish)

"I bet this feature will SHIP."

  • Win Condition: Feature is SHIPPED.
  • Payout: Share the SHORT pool.
  • Risk: Lose bet if Dropped.

📉 SHORT (Bearish)

"I bet this feature will be DROPPED."

  • Win Condition: Feature is DROPPED.
  • Payout: Share the LONG pool.
  • Risk: Lose bet if Shipped.

Zero-Sum Game

We don't print money for winners. Winners take from the losers. This prevents inflation.
